AMAZON BOOKS
Visual Direction and Campaign DesignWhile on the Amazon Books team,
I helped develop a new visual direction for their social presence.
This work included designing recurring templates, establishing a cohesive social campaign style for their Best Books of the Year campaign, and creating evergreen assets that supported long-term content needs while maintaining consistency and flexibility for future use.
BEST BOOKS CAMPAIGN
Twice a year, Amazon Books runs a social campaign leading up to their Best Books of the Year, as selected by their editors. I designed a suite of flexible assets for both static and video content, including badges, lower thirds, and Canva templates for authors, all built to align with a refreshed social visual direction.
For this project, I designed repeatable evergreen templates to spotlight authors and books. The system included both light and dark versions, allowing book covers to stand out while staying true to the brand’s visual identity.
The visual identity was designed to bring consistency and harmony across the client’s social feed. These evergreen assets showcase the system in action—reinforcing the visual language while remaining flexible for future use.
